The workers shall be recruited for the post or posts as per
Demand Letter and shall be designated as in the Demand Letter. |

Duration of contract will be two (2) years. |
| 03) |
Working hours will be eight (8) per day and 48 (forty-eight)
hours per week, Friday holiday. |
| 04) |
Free return air ticket on economy class will be given from Colombo
to work site and to Colombo at the end of the contract, if the
worker needs to return to his country before the end of contract
he has to bear the cost. |
| 05) |
The salary and over time as stated in Demand Letter and worker's
agreement. |
| 06) |
Food allowance as stated in Demand letter and worker's agreement. |
| 07) |
The Sponsor will provide free accommodation and medical. |
| 08) |
The Sponsor shall be responsible for all complaints made by
the employee or there relations. |
| 09) |
The local agent shall undertake all to ensure that all applicants
selected by the agent will be fit for the job and shall guarantee
for period of 90 days from the date of arrival to company. |
| 10) |
In case of death of the recruit during this contract period
the sponsor shall agree to repatriate of the remains of the
deceased along with the personal effects and savings at the
expenses of the sponsor. Both in case of death and injury compensation
shall be paid according to labour laws of the country. |
| 11) |
The workers must observe all rules, regulation and instructions
issued by the Sponsor and must also abide by all general and
local laws and regulation in force within the territorial boundaries
of the country. |
